Application Process

We really do wish you well with your job hunting and feel that everyone deserves to be happy at work and to have a satisfying and fulfilling career. For this to happen the job needs to be matched to the right person so to help save our time and your’s we’ve created a few pre-interview questions which will be presented to you through the Indeed application process. If you don’t meet the minimum number of years’ experience for each question Indeed won’t forward your application to us. That means we won’t waste your time filling out application forms or bringing you in for an interview when you can spend your valuable time going for a job which is better suited.

Just as a heads up, if you answer yes to having x years’ experience in fixing a widget, this means actual working experience, having exposure to this thorugh university or by practicing at home won’t have equipped you with the skills you’ll need in a pressurised live system environment. We’ll throw you in at the deep end and as much as we encourage home learning, for this role, we need someone who has actual working experience.

If we come back to you with a application form it means I’ve read through your application and CV and have personally forwarded you the invitation to take your application further. Complete and return this and there’s a very good chance that within a few days we’ll invite you in for an interview and within a number of weeks you could be joining us at Netcom to enjoy the next chapter in your career journey.

Thanks again for looking and for considering entrusting us with the next chapter in your career.

Kind Regards,

Mark Kindred (MD).
